Your whole front desk, answered.

Most AI answering services stop at "can I take a message." Ours books, transfers and texts on a business phone system we run for you. One provider, one bill, set up in days, and it tells callers it's an AI.

An independent hair salon

AI answers and books every call, a hosted phone system rings the desk and stylists by name, and a website we built and host. One provider, one bill.

A suburban restaurant and lounge

Full hosted phone system: front desk, kitchen and office phones, ring groups and voicemail to email, numbers ported in a week.

A 4-office real estate brokerage

AI answers every line across four offices and transfers to 100+ agents by name, extension or cell, with the caller's details texted ahead.
Built for how offices actually work

The AI answers the call. The phone system behind it is ours too.

We came out of running phone systems for a multi-office brokerage. So the AI doesn't just answer. It transfers to the right agent's extension or cell, texts them who's calling before the phone rings, follows your ring groups and hours, and falls back to voicemail-to-email when nobody picks up. Runs on our phone system or connects to yours: tested with FreePBX and Asterisk across a four-office brokerage, other SIP systems on request.

  • Transfer by name, department or extension
  • Caller details texted to staff before they answer
  • Multi-location, one AI, one dashboard
  • Keep your PBX, or move onto ours

Booking, honestly

Where the AI books for real, and where it can't yet.

Some booking systems let outside software write appointments. Some don't, and no vendor can change that. We tested each one against a live account and publish the result.

Transparent by design

It says it's an AI. Every call, right after your name.

More than a dozen states require every party to consent before a call is recorded, and more states each year require bots to identify themselves. Our greeting handles both, so a caller can never say they were misled, and the transcripts in your dashboard are ones you can rely on. Anyone who asks for a person gets one.

"Thank you for calling Bella's Salon. This call may be recorded for quality assurance. This is Jessica, an AI assistant. How can I help you today?"
Your dashboard

Every call, with what it produced.

Recording, transcript and a two-line summary for each call. Appointments, leads and texts in the same place, so you always know what the AI did for you last Tuesday.

Questions owners ask

Before you call the demo.

Do I need to change my phone number?

No. We forward your existing number, or port it onto our phone system if you want us to run the whole thing. Your customers never notice.

How long does setup take?

Three to five business days. A short discovery call, we build and train the assistant, you test-call it with us, and we flip forwarding when it sounds right.

What if it doesn't know the answer?

It says so, takes a message or transfers to a person. You see every call with transcript and summary, so nothing slips.

Does it tell callers it's an AI?

Yes. Right after your business name it says the call may be recorded for quality assurance, then introduces itself as an AI assistant. More than a dozen states require the recording notice, and more states each year require bots to identify themselves. Callers can ask for a person at any time.

Call it before you buy it.

The demo line is the same assistant your customers would hear. Ask it anything about pricing, setup or whether it fits your business.
