Connects to the tools you already run.
The AI books into your calendar, reads your booking system, transfers into your phone system and texts from your number. Where a vendor lets outside software in, we use it. Where it does not, we say so.
Where the AI writes the appointment, and where it reads and hands off.
Google Calendar
The universal option, and the simplest. Works even if you have no booking software at all.
- Checks free and busy time on the call
- Creates the event before the caller hangs up
- Respects your business hours
- Multiple calendars, one per staff member if you like
- Confirmation texted to the caller
Square Appointments
The AI reads your real Square availability on the call and writes the appointment into your calendar. Requires Appointments Plus or Premium. Square blocks outside booking on the Free plan.
- Live availability by service and staff member
- Books directly into your Square calendar
- Finds existing clients by phone, creates new ones
- Falls back to a staff request if anything fails mid-call
- Requires Appointments Plus or Premium
Vagaro
The system salons ask about most. The AI reads your live Vagaro availability on the call, then either texts the caller your Vagaro booking link or sends the request to your team. Your Vagaro stays the source of truth.
- Live availability by stylist and service
- Service and provider lookup
- Booking link texted to the caller mid-call
- Appointment request sent to your team to confirm
- Message taking with full call context
Acuity Scheduling
The AI reads your appointment types and staff calendars, offers real openings, and books, reschedules or cancels during the call. Proven against a live Acuity account. Requires Acuity's Premium plan, which is the tier that issues an API key.
- Live availability per staff calendar
- Books, reschedules and cancels in Acuity
- Acuity sends its own confirmation when the caller gives an email
- Requires the Premium plan (User ID and API key)
Mindbody, Calendly
Both vendors allow outside booking and we are building each one. Until they ship, the AI answers, quotes, screens and texts your booking link for these systems.
- Mindbody: public API with an approval step and a per-location fee, common in larger studios
- Calendly: direct booking on paid Calendly plans, link-only on free plans

Works with the phones you have, or on ours.
The AI sits in front of whatever rings today. Nothing to replace unless you want to.
FreePBX, 3CX and other SIP PBXs
The AI connects to your PBX over SIP and transfers straight to extensions and ring groups. It follows your hours and knows who is on a call. This is how we run a four-office brokerage.
RingCentral, Vonage and hosted VoIP
Forward your main line to us. The AI answers and transfers back to the numbers and extensions you give it. Works across locations.
Landline or cell only
Traditional lines from Comcast, AT&T, Spectrum and local carriers forward to us; we set it up. Solo operators forward a cell conditionally and the AI transfers back to you. Same-day setup, no hardware.
Our hosted phone system
Desk phones shipped pre-provisioned, extensions, ring groups, voicemail to email, number porting, with the AI as the front door. One provider, one bill. See the phone system
Texts from your number. Calls in your dashboard.
Texting
Booking confirmations, directions and booking links texted to the caller during the call. Missed-call textback, review requests after the visit, and a shared two-way inbox where your team replies from the business number.
Call records
Every call recorded, transcribed and summarized in your dashboard, alongside the appointment, lead or message it produced. New leads and messages are emailed to you so nothing waits for a login.
Your website
If we host your site, the same phone number and booking flow are wired into every button, so the AI, the site and the booking link all point the same way. Hosted websites
Tell us what you run. We will tell you plainly.
If the vendor has an API, we can usually build to it, and Pro plans include custom integrations. If the vendor has no API, nobody can book into it, whatever their marketing says, and the AI still answers every call, quotes, screens, texts your link and takes messages. Either way you find out before you pay, not during onboarding.
It says it's an AI. Every call, right after your name.
More than a dozen states require every party to consent before a call is recorded, and more states each year require bots to identify themselves. Our greeting handles both, so a caller can never say they were misled, and the transcripts in your dashboard are ones you can rely on. Anyone who asks for a person gets one.
Questions owners ask about integrations.
Do I need a paid Square plan?
For the AI to write appointments, yes. Square lets outside software read services, staff and availability on any plan, but writing a booking requires Appointments Plus or Premium. On Free, Square rejects the write. Most shops with more than one staff calendar are already on Plus.
What does "reads availability" mean for Vagaro?
The AI sees your live Vagaro openings by stylist and service and offers real times on the call. It does not write the appointment into Vagaro. It either texts the caller your Vagaro booking link while they are on the phone, or sends the request to your team to confirm. Your Vagaro stays the source of truth.
My booking system is not listed. What happens?
Tell us what you run and we will tell you plainly where it stands. Some systems have partner-only APIs (Boulevard, Zenoti, Phorest, Meevo). Some have no API at all (Fresha, GlossGenius, Booksy), and no vendor can book into those. In every case the AI still answers, quotes, screens, texts your booking link and takes messages.
Can the AI transfer into my existing PBX?
Yes. With FreePBX and 3CX we connect over SIP, so the AI transfers directly to extensions and ring groups and follows your hours. With RingCentral, Vonage and similar services you forward the line to us and the AI transfers back to the numbers you give it.
What if I do not use booking software at all?
Google Calendar is the simplest case. The AI checks free and busy time, creates the event and texts the caller a confirmation. Plenty of businesses run on it.
Do you build custom integrations?
On the Pro plan, yes, where the vendor exposes an API. Ask before you sign and we will tell you what is possible and how long it takes.
Want the detail for one system? Every booking system has its own page with the vendor verdict, what happens on a call, and what you need on your side.
Try booking on the demo line.
Call and ask for an appointment. You will hear the AI check availability and confirm, the same way it does against a live calendar.
