AI receptionist for salons and spas

Book more clients. Answer every call.

Your AI receptionist books appointments by stylist, answers service and pricing questions, and handles the phone while your hands are busy, 24/7. It tells clients it's an AI, and it can always pass them to the front desk.

Works with Square Appointments, Google Calendar, Vagaro, your desk phones

Hi, can I get a balayage and trim sometime this week?
I have Wednesday at 1:00 or Friday at 11:00 with Jess. Which works better?
Wednesday at 1:00 sounds great.
Booked with Jess for Wednesday at 1:00. You'll get a confirmation text in a moment.

The cost of a missed call

Every unanswered ring is a booking that goes somewhere else.

Your hands are in someone's hair

The phone rings mid-foil. Nobody picks up, and the caller books with the salon down the street before you've rinsed.

A cut, color and blowout walked out

One missed call in a busy week is a full-service ticket you never see, and often a client who never calls back.

Empty chairs that a text would have filled

No-shows drop when clients get a confirmation. The AI sends one the moment it books.

Built for how salons actually work

An AI receptionist that knows the beauty business.

Books by stylist

Checks the right stylist's availability and service duration, books on the call, and blocks double-bookings.

Knows your menu

Trained on your services, durations and pricing during onboarding, so it answers "how much is a balayage" correctly every time.

Routes to the right person

New client, next available. Regular, their usual stylist. Someone asks for the front desk, it transfers to your desk phone.

Texts the confirmation

Appointment details by text before the caller hangs up, with your address and parking note if you want them.

Same-day and waitlist

Tells callers about openings today and takes waitlist details when you're full.

Never off the clock

Late-night bookers and lunch-hour callers reach a receptionist who sounds like your salon, not a voicemail box.

Booking, honestly

Where the AI books for real, and where it can't yet.

Square Appointments and Google Calendar get booked during the call. Vagaro lets us read your live availability by stylist but not write to it, so the AI texts the client your booking link or hands the request to your team. We say that plainly because you'll find out on day one anyway.

How it works

Live in days, not months.

Tell us about your salon

Services, stylists, pricing, hours, and how you want calls handled. One short call.

We build your receptionist

We configure the assistant in your voice, connect Square or Google Calendar, and wire in your desk phones if you have them.

Test together, then go live

You call it, we tune it, and we flip your forwarding when it sounds like your salon.

Try it yourself

Call (866) 823-0175 and ask it what a caller would.

The demo line is the same assistant your customers would hear. Try saying:

  • "I'd like to book a haircut"
  • "How much is a balayage?"
  • "Do you have anything available today?"
  • "Can I speak to my stylist?"

Transparent by design

It says it's an AI. Every call, right after your name.

More than a dozen states require every party to consent before a call is recorded, and more states each year require bots to identify themselves. Our greeting handles both, so a caller can never say they were misled, and the transcripts in your dashboard are ones you can rely on. Anyone who asks for a person gets one.

"Thank you for calling Bella's Salon. This call may be recorded for quality assurance. This is Jessica, an AI assistant. How can I help you today?"
Questions owners ask

Questions salon owners ask.

Will it integrate with my booking software?

Square Appointments (Plus or Premium) and Google Calendar get booked directly during the call, with double-booking protection. With Vagaro the AI reads your live availability by stylist and either texts the client your booking link or sends the request to your team. Acuity Scheduling (Premium plan) books directly as well. Mindbody is in development.

Can it book a specific stylist?

Yes. The AI knows your team and matches callers with their preferred stylist, or offers the next available one if their favorite is booked.

What if I need to reschedule a client?

Move it in your booking system as you normally would. The AI works from live availability, so the freed slot is bookable for the next caller right away.

Will it know my services and pricing?

Yes. We train it on your full menu, durations and pricing during onboarding so it answers the common questions accurately, and you can update it from your dashboard.

Does it tell clients it's an AI?

Yes. Right after your salon's name it says the call may be recorded for quality assurance, then introduces itself as an AI assistant. Clients can ask for a person at any time.

Do I need to change my phone number?

No. We forward your existing salon line, or port it onto our phone system if you want desk phones too. Clients keep calling the number they know.

How long does setup take?

Most salons go live within 3 to 5 business days, including training the AI and connecting your booking system.
