Nope! BookLine AI works with your existing phone setup — whether that's a traditional landline, cell phone, VoIP system, or PBX. We handle all the technical integration. You don't need to buy any hardware or install any software.
Can I keep my current phone number? +
Absolutely! You have two options:
  • Port your number: We transfer your number to our system, and AI answers all calls directly. This is the cleanest setup.
  • Forward your calls: Keep your number with your current provider and forward calls to BookLine AI. Good if you're not ready to port.
How long does setup take? +
Most setups are complete in 3-5 business days. Here's the breakdown:
  • Cell phone forwarding: Same day
  • VoIP integration: 1-2 days
  • Number porting: 1-2 weeks (carrier dependent)
We work around your schedule and can do rush setups if needed.
What booking systems do you integrate with? +
We currently integrate with:

No hidden fees. All plans include reasonable usage for typical service businesses (up to 500 calls/month). If you consistently exceed that, we'll discuss a custom plan — but most businesses never hit the limit. There are no per-call charges on standard plans.
Is there a contract or commitment? +
No long-term contracts. It's month-to-month billing. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We want you to stay because BookLine AI works for your business, not because you're locked in.
What if I'm not satisfied? +
We offer a 30-day setup guarantee. If your AI assistant isn't handling calls the way you want within the first 30 days, we'll refund your setup fee — no questions asked. Monthly service fees cover the service you used and are non-refundable, but you can cancel your subscription anytime after that with no penalty. We're confident you'll love it.
Can I change plans later? +
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. We'll prorate the difference. Starting with Starter and want to add booking integration? Just upgrade to Professional and we'll add it.

You get an email after each call with all of this, plus you can access your full call history in your dashboard.
