Your phone system and your AI receptionist, from one provider.
Desk phones we ship ready to plug in, extensions, ring groups, voicemail to email, hold music and your existing numbers ported over. The AI answers first and hands calls to your team. One dashboard, one bill, and the people who run the phones also run the AI.
Three steps to a phone system that answers itself.
We set up your phones
We build your extensions, ring groups and voicemail boxes, port your existing numbers, and ship desk phones already provisioned to your system. You plug them into the network and they register.
The AI answers first
Every call is greeted by your AI receptionist. It answers the questions it knows, books appointments, takes messages, and transfers to the right person or ring group when a caller needs one.
You stay in control
Ring groups, voicemail, call records and the AI all live in the same BookLine dashboard. Change who rings for the kitchen line, or what the AI says about tonight's special, without a second login or a ticket.
Everything a business phone system should do, with an AI on the front of it.
Desk phones, pre-provisioned
Yealink desk phones arrive configured with your extensions, speed dials and a busy lamp for each colleague. Grandstream adapters keep existing analog phones in service. Softphone apps for staff who move around.
Local and toll-free numbers
Port the numbers your customers already know, or add new local and toll-free numbers. Outbound calls show your business number and name.
Extensions and ring groups
Front desk, kitchen, office, owner's cell. Calls ring the right group in the right order, roll to the next person, and land in voicemail with a recording emailed to you when nobody picks up.
Voicemail to email
Every mailbox delivers its messages to an inbox you choose, as an audio file you can play from your phone. No more dialing in to check a light.
AI receptionist built in
Your AI answers every call, handles the common questions, books, and transfers by name, department or extension. It knows who is already on a call, so it does not send a caller to a busy phone.
Hold music, recording, transcripts
Callers hear hold music instead of silence while a transfer rings. Every AI-answered call is recorded and transcribed, and you review the conversation from your dashboard at any time.

One price for the whole phone system. It stands on its own, or sits under any AI receptionist plan so the AI answers first and your handsets ring second.

Keep your PBX. We connect the AI receptionist to FreePBX, 3CX and most SIP systems, or take a simple forward from RingCentral, Vonage, a landline or a cell.
- Transfers to your existing extensions
- No hardware changes
- Included in every AI plan
A suburban restaurant and lounge moved off its old VoIP provider onto our system in a week.
Their numbers were ported, new desk phones arrived provisioned, an adapter kept the existing kitchen phones ringing, and every voicemail box now lands in the owner's email. The cutover happened before opening on a Friday morning, and the old hardware went back in a box.
- Numbers ported from the old provider
- Front desk and kitchen ring groups
- Voicemail to email for every box
- Cutover done before opening
Keep it. The AI works in front of it.
We connect to FreePBX, 3CX and other SIP systems directly, so the AI transfers to your extensions and ring groups as if it were sitting at the front desk. RingCentral, Vonage and similar services forward to us and the AI transfers back. Move onto our system later, or never.
Questions owners ask about the phone system.
Do I have to switch phone systems to use the AI?
No. The AI works in front of FreePBX, 3CX, RingCentral, a landline or a cell. The hosted phone system is for owners who want one provider for the phones and the AI, or who are paying too much for a system that does too little.
Can I keep my phone numbers?
Yes. We port your existing numbers onto our system. Porting takes one to two weeks and is set by the carriers, so we usually put the AI live on forwarding first and finish the port in the background. Do not cancel your old provider until the port completes; we tell you when.
Which desk phones do you support?
We ship Yealink desk phones pre-provisioned, so you unbox them, plug them into your network and they register. Grandstream analog adapters let you keep existing cordless or kitchen phones. Softphone apps work for staff on the move.
Does the AI have to answer first?
Most customers let it, because that is where the missed calls were. It can also ring your handsets first and pick up only when nobody answers, or only after hours. We set that up with you.
How long does the move take?
One of our restaurant customers moved off its old VoIP provider onto our system in a week, including the port, new handsets and voicemail to email. Your timeline depends mostly on how fast your old carrier releases the numbers.
Where is voicemail?
In your email. Each mailbox delivers the recording to the address you choose, so a message left on the kitchen line or the front desk is in an inbox within moments, and you can listen from your phone.
Does it tell callers it is an AI?
Yes. Right after your business name it says the call may be recorded for quality assurance, then introduces itself as an AI assistant. Callers can ask for a person at any time and it rings your handsets.
One provider for the phones and the AI.
Call the demo line to hear the receptionist, then tell us what rings in your building today. We will map out the move, the numbers and the handsets before you commit to anything.
