From first call to live in days, not months.
You tell us how your business runs. We build the assistant, test it with you on real calls, and flip forwarding when it sounds right. You never touch a setting you do not want to.
You run the business. We do the rest.
Discovery
A short call or form. We learn your services and prices, hours and staff, current phone setup, booking system if you have one, and the questions callers ask most. About twenty minutes of your time.
- Services, prices, hours, staff
- How and when to transfer
- Phone setup and booking system
Build and test
We write the assistant's knowledge and greeting, pick a voice with you, connect Google Calendar or Square, set up transfers, texting and after-hours rules. Then we call it together and fix anything that sounds off.
- Trained on your services and FAQs
- Calendar, transfers and texting wired
- Live test calls with you
Go live
We turn on forwarding, or finish porting your number, and your team gets a fifteen-minute walkthrough of how transfers arrive. We watch the first days of calls with you and keep tuning from real conversations.
- Forwarding or porting handled by us
- Staff walkthrough on transfers
- First days monitored together
Twenty minutes and the answers you already give callers every day.
Most of what the assistant needs is already in your head, your price list and your Google listing. We pull what we can ourselves and ask you the rest on the discovery call.
- Your services and prices
- Hours, staff and who handles what
- Who to transfer to, and when not to
- Your current phone setup
- Your booking system, if you use one
- The questions you are tired of answering
- No hardware to buy. Your current phones keep working.
- No software to install or accounts to create.
- No new phone number. We forward or port the one you have.
- Nobody technical on your side. We do the setup and the changes.
- No script to write. We draft it from your answers and you approve it.
What happens when someone calls.
Every call starts the same way: your business name, the recording notice, and the assistant introducing itself as an AI. Then it depends on what the caller needs.
A booking request
The AI asks what they need, checks live availability, offers times, books it on the spot and texts a confirmation. The appointment is on your calendar before the caller hangs up.
A question about services
Prices, what a service includes, how long it takes, where to park. The AI answers from the knowledge you gave it, then offers to book. If it does not know, it says so and takes a message.
Someone who needs a person
The AI gathers the details, tells the caller it is connecting them, rings the right desk or cell and texts your staff who is calling and why. Nobody repeats themselves.
A call at 10 pm
Answered right away, no voicemail. The AI books for the next open day or takes a detailed message, and you see it in your dashboard in the morning.
It says it's an AI. Every call, right after your name.
More than a dozen states require every party to consent before a call is recorded, and more states each year require bots to identify themselves. Our greeting handles both, so a caller can never say they were misled, and the transcripts in your dashboard are ones you can rely on. Anyone who asks for a person gets one.
It keeps getting better, because we read the calls.
Every call lands in your dashboard with a recording, transcript and summary. In the first weeks we review them with you and tune answers from real conversations. After that, tell us what you want changed, or edit what the AI knows yourself. Pro plans include a named contact who knows your setup and a quarterly tuning call.
Questions owners ask about setup.
Do I need any special equipment?
No. The AI works with whatever you have now: a landline, a cell phone, a VoIP line or a PBX. We handle the forwarding or porting. Nothing to buy, nothing to install. If you want desk phones and extensions too, that is our hosted phone system, and we ship those pre-provisioned.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes. Either forward your number to us and keep it with your current carrier, or port it onto our phone system so we run the whole thing. Your customers dial the same number either way.
How long does setup take?
Three to five business days from the discovery call to live calls. Forwarding from a cell or landline can be same day. Porting a number onto our phone system takes one to two weeks, and that is set by the carriers, so we usually go live on forwarding first and port in the background.
What if the AI says something wrong?
You hear it on the test calls before anything goes live, and we fix it there. After launch, every call has a transcript and summary in your dashboard, we review them with you in the first weeks, and you can change what it knows at any time.
Who trains my staff?
We do, in about fifteen minutes. Your team needs to know two things: a transfer comes in with a text saying who is calling and why, and anything they want changed goes to us or into the dashboard.
I already have a phone system. Does that matter?
No. The AI connects to FreePBX and 3CX as a SIP trunk or extension and transfers straight to your extensions and ring groups. RingCentral, Vonage and similar services forward to us and transfer back. If you would rather have one provider, we can move you onto our hosted system.
Does it tell callers it is an AI?
Yes. Right after your business name it says the call may be recorded for quality assurance, then introduces itself as an AI assistant. Callers can ask for a person at any time.
Want to hear it before you start?
Call the demo line. It is the same assistant your customers would hear, and it will answer questions about setup, pricing and whether it fits your business.
