Can an AI receptionist book into Microsoft Bookings?
Microsoft allows it. The Graph API creates appointments on shared Bookings pages, the kind a business uses, though not on personal bookings. We have not built the connection yet.
The Microsoft Graph Bookings API lists services, staff and availability and creates, updates and cancels appointments on shared booking businesses. Personal bookings are not covered.
Today the AI answers, quotes from your onboarding, texts the caller your Bookings page link during the call, and sends your team anything that needs a person.
If your office lives in Microsoft 365 and books through a shared Bookings page, tell us. The vendor side is open and we build against your tenant.
Today: answered, quoted, and the booking link in their hand.
Until the integration ships, the AI answers every call, answers questions from your onboarding, texts the caller your booking link while they are on the phone, and sends your team anything that needs a person.
Every assistant opens with your business name, the recording notice, and an introduction as an AI assistant. Anyone who asks for a person gets one.
Before we connect Microsoft Bookings.
The vendor sets most of these conditions, not us. Knowing them up front is the difference between a two-day setup and a surprise.
- A Microsoft 365 business subscription with a shared Bookings page (not a personal one)
- An admin who can approve the app connection for your tenant
- Services and staff set up in Bookings with durations
- Your public Bookings link, so the AI can text it in the meantime
Where the AI books for real, and where it can't yet.
Some booking systems let outside software write appointments. Some do not, and no vendor can change that. We keep the vendor's side and our side separate, and we update the list as we prove each system.

Can the AI book into Microsoft Bookings today?
Not yet as a direct write. The Graph API is open for shared Bookings pages; we build the connection against the first customer's tenant. Today the AI answers, quotes from your onboarding, texts the caller your Microsoft Bookings booking link during the call, and sends your team anything that needs a person.
What will change when the integration ships?
The AI will read live availability from Microsoft Bookings, offer real times, and create the appointment on the call. Nothing changes on your phones or your number; we switch the tool on for your account.
What do I need to have ready?
A Microsoft 365 business subscription, a shared Bookings page, and an admin who can approve the connection.
Does the AI tell callers it's an AI?
Yes. Right after your business name it says the call may be recorded for quality assurance, then introduces itself as an AI assistant. Callers can ask for a person at any time.
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. We forward your existing number, or port it onto our phone system if you want us to run the whole thing. Your customers never notice.
Not sure what you are running?
Tell us what you book on and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot do with it, before you pay for anything.
